How do I get paid as an agent?
By the owner, under whatever you two agree. UniRooms is not part of that agreement: it does not record, process or guarantee any fee. It connects you with owners and students and gives you the tools to place them.
How do I connect with property owners?
The owner creates a short-lived invite code for you. After you redeem it, the owner confirms the connection before you can act for them.
Can I manage multiple properties?
Yes. You can connect with multiple owners. "Listing access only" covers listings you create for them; editing their other listings needs the owner to give you "Full manage access".
How long does verification take?
After you submit your request, the admin team reviews your details and updates your account status. Review timing can vary.
What are student requests?
Student requests are housing needs posted by students. You can browse open requests and respond with suitable properties from your portfolio.
Do I need an office to join?
No, and you don't need a licence either: most campus agents are not licensed. You need to work in the areas you say you cover, and to pass our review of your details and phone number.
